Data retention
Retention determines how long submissions live in SaveForm before being automatically purged. Different plans have different retention windows.

| Pro | Unlimited — submissions are never auto-deleted. |
After the retention window, submissions are permanently deleted — this is a hard delete, not a soft archive.
Preserving data longer
If you need to keep submissions beyond your plan's retention window, there are two easy paths:
1. Export regularly — grab a CSV or JSON dump and drop it into your own storage.
2. Pipe into your own backend with a webhook — SaveForm stores a rolling window, you keep the system of record.
